We've been using this as a backup server, but as far as I can tell, it has been reliable. Low-rate, fast setup, friendly host. Thumbs up. |

i've been using this service for a few months now and it has run great. There were a few very short downtimes, but i'm guessing it was just a few moments to reboot or something.

4 days later and the server is still down. I had asked for a refund, but Johnny seems to be ignoring me. I convo'd him, but he never responded and logged a few minutes later. I guess paying up front for a year is a good way to get bad service. |

Terrible customer service. This guy promises me a refund, makes me jump through a bunch of hoops, showing proof that I got another server, then tells me that my refund is 19m and I won't be getting a full refund, minus services rendered. So I paid over 600m for 2 months service. Fantastic.
Do not pay in advance with this guy. He will take your money and either provide terrible service or none at all.
Also his excuse for the server being down is pathetic. 4+ days to get a server back up from a commercial datacenter is unheard of these days. I'd like to see screens of your support ticket with the noc. |
